All Worlds Disappeared

/ / All Posts, Simon's Poems for Adi Da

Artist: Simon Pritchard.

I raged in the storm

Of a world I could not see

I cut it with a sword

And watched it injure me

I tossed it in the air

It fell me to the ground

I buried it in bones

Of old, dead worlds I found

I sang the world my sweetest, coldest melody

I rolled it like a rug

And hung it from a tree

I threw back all the curtains

Of windows open wide

And then I tore apart

My only place to hide

And when the world was purified

Of all the things I feared

You filled this one with Light

And all worlds disappeared
