Why does climbing takes so long?
I climbed the mountain
Far and wide
And never did I look inside
For if I did
You’ll see I hid
A ‘self’
That never was it true
The self I could not give to you
I climbed the ocean
High and sighed
I opened up my wings
And flied
I kiss your mouth and pressed myself
Like a book into a shelf
I climbed the earth and touched her core
And then I longed to climb some more
I fell right through
The other side
My heart and arms are open wide
Like a moon reveals a sun
Inside the white where stars will run
And so I take you in my sole
And underfoot
Our love will roll
His tread will press us every hour
Narcissus soon becomes a flower
I love you deep into the night
The moon is round
His teeth are white
My heart a sphere I rolled it up
Please cradle me like a pup
I sleep deep in your arms of love
that hold me rock me like a glove
I give you all my love
It’s true
I’m coming home
And Home is you
