Painting: Apple Trees by Gustav Klimt

I walked in the orchard
Down by the sea
Where time hid the fruits high in the tree
And an apple was there that soon
Caught my eye
All made of light but still I walked by

There was soon a time
Don’t know where
Don’t know when
The apple of my eye
Caught me again

I was moving so slow
My head in a dream
When this apple of light
Burst in with a gleam
And a vision appears
Of a Man who is True
And Radiant face
Lord it is You

And you climb me up high
In a tree made of bliss
So high I can see how sun and moon kiss
And you open my heart
And I give you the core
And you Brighten me then
As I kneel at your door

And when I awoke
From this vision
This dream
Everything was just as it does seem
Yet no separation
All is a One
A Love Blissful Field
With glorious Sun

And the people so happy
And dance in the world
And all is now straightened
That once was so curled
And the world is infused
With Your Love Blissful State
Noone to search
For nothing to wait

Your Love Shines Eternal
And Joy fills the space
Our hearts overflow
With Your mercy and grace

We walk in the orchard
Down by the sea
Where time hid the fruits high in the tree
And an apple there soon
Catches our eye
All made of light
And we laugh
And we cry

Remembering a time
Don’t know where
Don’t know when
When the apple of our eye
Caught us again
